Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on fbkk, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both accounts may be closed.
• The account must be for personal use only — use for any business or commercial purpose is not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. In the event of unauthorized access, you must immediately notify fbkk support.

Account Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, fbkk may request identity verification documents at any time. Government-issued documents such as a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be required. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on fbkk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be sent from your own account only — transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If the correct reference number is not included at the time of deposit, processing may be delayed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only via the same method used for the original deposit.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome bonus

fbkk offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Wagering requirement on the bonus amount: 25 times.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Any winnings earned from the bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• If a member misuses a bonus or attempts to obtain a bonus through dishonest means, that bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

Other Promotions

Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities
